“The Animal Welfare Society of Allegany County, Maryland is a charitable, nonprofit organization. Since 1956, we have been dedicated to improving the quality of life for animals and informing the community about animal issues. The AWS works with the Allegany County Animal Shelter and Allegany County Department of Health as volunteers. We’ve raised money to help build a new Allegany County animal shelter, to support pet adoptions, to organize spay and neutering clinics, and much more.”

Possible Projects:

Unsheltered Humane Society needing office work assistance, rabies clinics, and neuter clinics.
